2013Sep03-04 – Being Better Leaders Workshop

An awesome workshop which everyone should try to be part of, some day or the other.

How to be better leaders, not just in terms of managing projects but also leading them to success along with every individual member of your team, is what I learnt in the 2 days workshop which also included various activities and live problem statements discussions and resolutions.

The best part that I liked about it was that it not only helped we learn new things but also ensured we unlearn things which we always believe to be our asset. Perceiving things from other’s eye and getting your scores in proven theories in different aspects made it an eye opener.

Awesome 2 days. Special mention of Manoj who kept everyone involved all the time. Great presentation skills without any presentation (ppt)
