My this trip to Delhi has been the get together trip. I met my old pals from college and from my previous company Xchanging.

Myself, Umang and Prabhjeet sir met at Dilli Haat and had a good time. Initially we talked / discussed / exchanged views and then we had Rajasthani Thaali.

It is really a proud moment for me to have been associated with Xchanging for more than 5 years now. It has been my greatest years in this organization.

I have seens all my ups ‘n’ downs in Xchanging. I have seen Xchanging India growing from 70 to 700 now and a transition from RebusIs to Xchanging.

It was a surprise for me when recently my Project Manager Mr. Gagan Paul Vithal visited my place and handed over a momento to me with my family. It was really a cherishable moment for me.

Couple of days back I was given a certificate of long term association along with some cash by the country head in our regular town hall.

I am really feeling good and it is really a privilege to be part of a company like Xchanging for over 5 years. I will never be forgetting the days that I have spent and am spending in Xchanging.

Although I did not participate in this version of Xplode, an annual event of Xchanging, as I had done in Xplode 2006, but I thoroughly enjoyed being there and seeing others perform. It was a splendid night. Even though it was so cold but the heat of drinks and performances kept us sweating.

Xchanging has always believed in public events participation and this was one of them. Airtel Marathon happens every year for raising funds and bringing people together and we represented Xchanging in the event.

2008Jul19 – CTT Dilli Darshan

First outing with the CTT team. Went for a Dilli Darshan to old Delhi then to CP (Rajiv Chowk) via Metro. My first Metro travel.

It was a damn cool day out. We ate a lot and non-stop. OMG, I can’t forget how we managed to reach the station with full stomach. Breathing properly had also become heavier to us that time.

But overall a memorable trip.

My last team party in IRIS before moving to the CTT team.

It has been wonderful years working with some of the most memorable friends, colleagues and leaders. I am never going to forget IRIS ever. It was my first project that I started my carrier with.

Miss you IRIS.

We celebrated the remaining team budget at The Chowk, MGF mall, Gurgaon for team dinner. Enjoyed it to max.

Cab service was one of the best things that we had in Xchanging apart from free lunch and frequent parties / dinners etc.

We really used to enjoy the time spent in cab. Chaat, pakodi, samose, party every now and then.

Another example of many get togethers in Xchanging. We didn’t look for reasons to celebrate while in Xchanging. We ended up celebrating every festival, every holy day and all known and unknown important dates.

This is one of them. Dandiya not much celebrated in northern India but in Xchanging we celebrated it as well

How can I forget the favorite cab service, beautiful Gymnasium and amazingly big cafeteria. Awesome time. We used to have our recreation room too which was later converted to meeting rooms. But those days, because of those things, Xchanging was one of the best employee friendly organisation.

Alan Chisham was in India and we gifted him a Kurta Paijyama which he wore right then and then we went on the roof for kite flying and chaat pakodi. He really enjoyed it.

We celebrated everything as a cohesive unit even when most have parted. The best team ever.

Around a month ago before the whole time was shattered. Last dinner with the whole bunch of wankies. All were really adorable and memorable.

Gagan shifted to CTT team. Munish left Xchanging. Ashima moved out with her husband and many more. Never enjoyed much in Xchanging after this one.
