3 occasions together. Gaurav’s farewell, Tushar’s birthday and mine supernova treat to Navigator guys at Barbeque Nation.

We went to Barbeque after a very long time ever since they increased their prices. It was same and awesome as ever. Barbecue starters and desserts are its USP and will always remain.

We had a terrific time eating so so much at our own Barbeque Nation.

Gaurav is leaving SunGard soon. 1st May is his last, probably. It was nice having Gaurav in the team. His contribution has been superb. Wish him luck wherever he goes and whatever he does.

2011Jan10 – Ritika’s Farewell @ Barbeque Nation

Awesome time we had at our favorite day time destination, Barbeque Nation, Nagar Road, Pune.

This time the occasion was Ritika’s farewell. Ritika treated us as a comp-off for leaving the team Jokes apart, it was a wonderful time working together as a team. She is really a gel of a person. Navigator is just like a dream team for anyone and everyone to work on. Apart from some good quality work we get regular team outings, get togethers and similar things.

Feels wonderful to be working in this team, and wishing Ritika a very warm wishes for wherever she goes and whatever she does.

2010Nov26 – Amit’s Farewell @ Barbeque Nation

Our yet another team lunch at Barebque Nation. We just love this place but this time its not only service that was pathetic bu the quality of food also looked compromised.

Apart from it we enjoyed every bit of it. Occasion this time was Amit Gupta’s bid adieu. He treated us for joining Microsoft on his farewell. Unique concept where person who leaves treats the team.

It was damn fun.

2010Oct01 – Tushar’s First Onsite Treat @ Barbeque Nation

The treat was again mind blowing as they are always in our favorite BarbeQue Nation.

This time the occasion was; one of our team member Tushar Bhate is going onsite (Miami) very soon. So he thought of taking us out on a lunch or better tell you the truth that we planned ourselves to be treated from him as Mr Bhate ji is going outside India for the first time, so a big occasion for all of us.

Really a nice team it is.

My professional guru completes 10 years with Xchanging. It was not only a proud moment for him but for all of us too.

We are lucky to get his continual guidance both personally and professionally at any instant of time. I am really lucky to be part of his team for such a long period, close to 6 years.

CTT team dinner at Barbeque Nation. Team dinners in Xchanging are very often. This time it was to use the pending team budget. Team outing for a day are sparingly possible because of family commitments but team lunch and team dinner are always fabulous with the team. Wish to have many more like it.
